I opened RejuvaWell in late 2016 to fill a personal need. As I aged, I found I was running around to hormone specialists and aesthetics clinics. As a chiropractor, I noticed that neither of these places was addressing the whole person, just a cheek or a symptom. I wanted to do it better.
In late 2016, I opened a large clinic, hired multiple providers, and decided I’d be the 'conductor of the orchestra.'
What I learned quickly? Spa injectors, as a group, are not always reliable—and many are young and not particularly invested. I literally had a 25-year-old NP tell me I didn’t understand how important it was for her to leave early for happy hour. That was… clarifying.
Then COVID hit. We pivoted into public health and became a large testing lab before tests were widely available. Two years of 90-hour weeks and managing a big team later, I did what many people did—I reassessed everything.
I downsized. Moved RejuvaWell into half of a duplex I own. Now it’s just me.
And I love it.
I have complete control over the patient experience, and the work is better because of it.
Yes, I treat younger patients and men—but my core patients are 45–75. Why? Because I’m one of them. I understand what they actually want and need.
One of my biggest frustrations as a patient was always being asked, 'What bothers you?' I look at my face every day. I didn’t want to play doctor—I wanted someone with an artistic eye and real expertise to tell me what would actually make me look better.
That’s how I practice.
Here’s the part that’s hard to say without sounding 'bossy': I only want to work with patients who trust me to do the work my way.
This is not ordering a double chai latte. Aesthetic services, especially injectables, are a blend of art and science. When I’m creating a result, I can’t have someone directing every step or asking me to stop halfway through. I can estimate a plan—but I don’t fully know what’s needed until I’m working. Your anatomy, your structure, how your tissue responds—that reveals itself in real time.
So—come to me if you want to look fantastic, understand it may take more than one visit, and are willing to commit to a process of restoration and regenerative beauty.
